Customer Service Mission

The service team's mission is to build relationships and loyalty with our customers and exceed their expectations for all elements of service; the team also continuously increases Seven's return on investment in interactions with the public.

Basic Function

To build loyalty with Seven's customers, and relationships with prospective customers, while gathering data that helps strengthen Seven's position in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop communication systems for prospective customer contact: telephone, e-mail, and mailings
  • Technical support
  • Collect and manage customer data for marketing, sales, and R&D
  • Manage order process and customer experience as relates to our production system
  • Increase customer loyalty
  • Manage warranty situations
  • Manage all inbound communications: telephone, e-mail, and fax
  • Develop and manage brochure mailings and follow-up
  • Work with the marketing team: event logistics and planning

Required Professional Background

  • Four years experience with customer service of high-end products or services
