Team Seven's Mary McConneloug took the victory in the elite women's race in Round 6 of the Verge New England Championship Cyclo-Cross Series, (Sterling, MA, November 27), dominating the race from start to finish. By the end of the first lap she had a huge advantage that she would never relinquish.

Mary is the overall series leader going into next weekend's series finale in S. Kingston, RI. The race next Saturday is worth double points, and could have a dramatic impact on the final standings for the Verge NECCS.
