For the second consecutive season, team Seven's Mary McConneloug earned the Verge New England Championship title, clinching her victory with a win in the finals at Merrimack, NH on December 21. The Verge series is one of the most prestigious anywhere and regularly features some of the highest caliber racing talent in the country. Despite the stiff competition, Mary held on to the leaders jersey for four out of the six series races.

When asked about the title, Mary explained, "I love this series—the level of competition, the courses. Plus, it's a real community-building event. Where else can you get mountain bike racers and roadies duking it out and then going out for pizza together afterward."
