The Verge series is one of the most prestigious anywhere and regularly features some of the highest caliber racing talent in the country. Despite the stiff competition, Mary held on to the leaders jersey for four out of the six series races.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about the title, Mary explained, &#8220;I love this series\u2014the level of competition, the courses. Plus, it&#8217;s a real community-building event.
