Increasingly, riders are realizing the value, not only of riding in far flung places, but in riding their own bike along to do it. <a href=\"https:\/\/sevencycles.com\/options\/s-and-s-couplings.php\">BTC couplers<\/a> and travel cases make this dream a much simpler reality than it might at first appear. Tubeless is nice to ride, but presents serviceability issues when traveling.<\/li>\n<li>Wheels Pacenti rims with White Brothers hubs.\u00a0 Centerlock for traveling.\u00a0 Classic hook spokes for ease of service.\u00a0 700c wheels because they are ubiquitous anywhere in the world.\u00a0 The bike also works with 27&#8243; wheels &#8212; if you&#8217;re really in the boonies &#8212; and 650b or 27.5&#8243; if needed for some reason.<\/li>\n<li>Brakes:\u00a0 Mechanical Shimano CX77.\u00a0 These work really well for mechanical discs (which are easier to set up and break down) and are very low service.<\/li>\n<li>Bar, stem, post:\u00a0 Seven parts.\u00a0 Aluminum and titanium, so they are as durable as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Pedals:\u00a0 XTR<\/li>\n<li>Saddle:\u00a0 Fizik Arione<\/li>\n<li>Lights:\u00a0 Light &amp; Motion Urban 1000s.\u00a0 Easy to mount, easy to charge, light weight, multi-function, helmet mount and bar mount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We build a lot of travel bikes.
