Framebuilders at Seven are responsible for making all parts that go into a bicycle frame. The equipment used includes manual mills, manual lathes, screw machines, and CNC machines. Materials machined include titanium, steel, and carbon fiber, in the form of sheet, plate, bar stock, and thin wall tubing. This is a production job and each machinist is expected to produce an average of six bicycle frames per week.
