3 reasons to get The 45: Faster, Farther, Forthwith
ONE: Ride Faster. Gravel speed doesn't just come from being able to accelerate fast — although the 45 accelerates with the best. Sustained speed is what's important. This comes from control in the form of more precise cornering, improved traction at the edges of capability, confident descending, flow over rocks and roots, and the active use of body English to get you through it all more gracefully and scuff-free. Get ready for more personal FKTs.
TWO: Ride Farther. Longer rides are better rides. At least it's true when riding Seven's handbuilt titanium frame, unique tubeset spec, optimized geometry, and more refined rider fit options. You'll find you can ride longer, over rougher terrain, and feel better at the end of the day.
THREE: Available Right Now. Order today, and we'll ship your Gravel 45 within about five days.
Faster to you. Faster under you. Let's Ride!

Handling Scale
Here are the handling characteristics for the two performance profiles along with how tire size alterts handling.

Why is Seven's Gravel 45 the ideal rough-terrain gravel bike?
Here are a few reasons:
- Better handling: Available in 12 sizes and 2 fit profiles, The 45's more precise sizing provides much better rider weight distribution and center of gravity for the best handling of any stock bike.
- Unparalleled ride feel and fun: Each of The 45's 12 frame sizes has a size-specific tubeset with an optimal rider weight range. Rather than a single weight limit for all sizes — as performance carbon bikes seem to have — The 45's optimal weight recommendation provides a ride feel and rider connection that has never been possible with a stock bike.
- Terrain Versatility: This gravel bike fits up to 700c x 45 mm knobby tires — for rough gravel — down to 33 mm slick tires — when road riding calls to you.
- A new level of control: Again, 12 frame sizes in 2 fits with 12 distinct tubeset profiles. Add to this Seven's innovative application of titanium, and you've got more intuitive body English control than ever.
- Complete Trust In The Equipment. Titanium for its durability and simple care. Seven's material engineering for longevity.
- Toughness: Titanium can handle abuse and impacts that would crack, rip, or dent other materials. Nearly impervious to wear damage from grit and grime — unlike carbon. Seven's titanium 3-2.5 alloy is the best material for building the toughest bikes.
- Better fit because The 45 comes in two distinct fit profiles: Our Standard Fit and Endurance Fit. Seven's Standard Fit, in 12 sizes, provides a riding position similar to that of popular stock bikes. Our Endurance Fit, available in 12 sizes, provides a slightly higher front and has a bit shorter reach. That's 24 sizes to choose from — compared to 5 to 7 for stock bikes. We're confident you'll have a better fit than any stock bike you've ever ridden.
Why a gravel bike from Seven?
Too many reasons. Here are a few.
- Applied Experience: Seven gravel bikes have been ridden to multiple pro podiums at the Unbound 200. Sevens have been under winners of the TransAtlantic Way 2,500 km gravel race. Seven's gravel bikes have proven themselves in all conditions, from the brutal 200k Rift Iceland to long-term ultralight bikepacking, and everything in between. Seven has built more mission-specific titanium gravel bikes than anyone else. We bring this knowledge base to every new bike we build. Your Seven will have the same pedigree.
- More Framebuilding Experience: Most Sevens are built by three artisans — a framebuilder, a welder, and a framewright. On average, these three have over 40 years of framebuilding experience. There are no more experienced titanium builders on the planet. This depth helps us build better bikes.
- More Titanium Experience: Without a doubt, titanium is the best frame material for gravel bikes. Seven's founders have been building titanium bikes for 36 years, without interruption, and longer than anyone else. 30-plus years ago, Seven's founders developed the titanium tube specification that is still widely used today. If you want something built of titanium, there is no more knowledgeable team to work with.
- Continuous Innovation: One of our founders was racing gravel bikes 35 years ago — in the form of drop bar mountain bikes. We thought we were onto something. (Maybe just a couple of decades early.) We've learned continuously since those early days. Fast forward to today: Our latest work on vibration damping and big hit control can be felt in The 45. Seven has always pushed the bounds of what's possible on a bike. The 45 has more of what's proven and none of what's not.
- Built by riders for riders. Who built your bike? Many of our crew ride gravel bikes as their primary love. We've been riding the local trails for more than three decades, since before mountain bikes became a thing. Some of us cut out teeth in BMX, some in cyclocross, and some just rode into the woods. Whatever the reason to ride, it's all good. And even better in the dirt.
- Made in the USA. Our founding team has been building bikes in Massachusetts for more than three-and-a-half decades. There are a lot of reasons we build bikes this way. In the end, all that really matters is whether you can feel the difference in the ride. We find that most riders do.
