Shipping & Delivery
Seven works with FedEx for frame shipments. We do not work with any other courier. We do not ship through third party companies like BikeFlights. We do not ship frames through USPS.
We use ground shipping in the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you prefer expedited air shipping, we are happy to accommodate. For Alaska, Hawaii, or any country, we ship by FedEx Express via air.
Signature required: We require a signature at the time of delivery. Make sure someone is available at the address during FedEx's normal delivery times.
We provide you the FedEx tracking ID so you know precisely when your Seven will arrive. Use the FedEx Tracker Tool.
Bike Assembly
Make sure you have a qualified bike mechanic assemble and inspect your Seven before you ride. Seven accepts no liability for improperly installed or adjusted components or accessories. To find an experienced bike mechanic, we suggest:
- Your local pro bike store.
- You can have a service like Velofix or a similar local mobile bike mechanic assemble your Seven at your home or business.
Taxes, duties, and tariffs
The frameset price does not include appropriate taxes & duties you may be responsible for:
- In the United States: Determined by state. You pay in-state unless we're shipping within Massachusetts.
- International: Determined by country. This may include V.A.T., import duties, local duties, etc.
Warranty
Lifetime warranty on the frame. Seven's warranty details are here.
Five-year warranty on a Seven branded fork.
Non-Seven component warranties are as stipulated by the original manufacturer of the component.
Damage Claim From Shipping
While this has never happened for us with bike shipping through FedEx, if the box is damaged or any part of the bike is damaged, immediately take photos of the box and frame inside the box, and contact us immediately.
