Check the tracker often because we update your bike's estimated ship date in real-time as component availability constantly changes during the endless pandemic. Our estimates are also at the whim of Seven's artisan framebuilders, who we support in their singular focus on making perfect bikes while ignoring the ticking clock. True artists and crafters do not always follow our complexly timed plans precisely.

On the tracker, we describe a dozen steps throughout the design and build process in great detail. Of course, your bike's status won't change daily but check back often to watch your project come to life. It's pretty cool!

How do I get a password?

When you filled out Seven's Custom Kit, you may have provided us with a password for the tracker. If you didn't or don't remember it, email us and we'll provide you with one within 24-hours. To receive your password, tell us your favorite animal and your lucky number (even if it's not 7), and we'll send you a password.

IMPORTANT: Seven's tracker tool is not particularly secure so do not use a password that you use for financial institutions or any other sensitive accounts. The information we provide here is not top secret. It's just a bike after all.

Problem logging in?

If you are not able to log in, it means one of a few things:

  • We didn't receive your password, or we misread it. Email us and provide us with your password or request a new password. Password request instructions are above.
  • It's less than twenty-four hours since you completed your order with your retailer. If you placed your order more than a day or two ago, confirm with your retailer the date that they submitted your order to Seven and ask them to contact us. Sometimes emails get lost, or they may have been delayed for a good reason.

If you can log in but you don't see your bike's status or estimated ship date, email us. It means there's something wrong with our website; nothing is wrong with your bike. We're confident it is making good progress through our framebuilding process.
